Description:
Performs Senior Human Resources related duties with the organizations consulting business units. This role may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas including, but not limited to, performance management, employee relations, coaching assignments, and strategic initiatives.
Essential Job Functions:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer performance management, including Project Business Reviews (PBRs), 90-day and mid-year reviews.
- Support year-end review process, including roundtables and annual compensation cycle.
- Partner with Employee Engagement Committee (EEC) to translate engagement survey results into practice level engagement plans.
- Prepare Power Point slide content for town halls and quarterly practice meetings.
- Address workplace issues to ensure resolution and confidentiality.
- Ensure coaching assignments and coaching trees are current and modify as needed.
- Support HR compliance efforts, including ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Support HR and Legal in any legal action such as subpoenas.
- Assist in employee offboarding, including conducting exit interviews and analyzing exit trends to identify retention and improvement opportunities.
- Remain current with HR best practices and industry trends.

Education and Experience:
- 5-7 years prior experience in Human Resources specific to Professional Services or Consulting
- HR Certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferred degree in Human Resources
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proficient with or ability to learn HRIS system
Location: McLean, VA Hybrid – 3 days in office.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
