THE TEAM – ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Advise fast growing companies and well-known enterprises (both publicly traded and privately held) on a wide variety of transformational enterprise performance management (EPM) projects leveraging market leading tools such as OneStream XF, Oracle Hyperion, and Oracle EPM Cloud. Team with leaders from across Highspring to provide fully integrated services to support clients in the office of the CFO, CAO, and CIO.
Your Impact
- As a Senior Consultant, you will be client-facing, responsible for translating clients’ business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for a variety of simple to complex CPM solutions and integrating architecture.
- Support the CPM practice in deal shaping, which includes discovery, demonstrations, and analysis.
- Translate clients’ processes and requirements into a CPM solution, including systems integrations and recommended ‘best of breed’ solutions.
- Prepare clients to use the OneStream solution by analyzing business and operations changes, defining and delivering training, and executing testing plans.
- Deliver on OneStream projects, meeting clients’ tactical and strategic requirements over a full project life cycle.
- Become fully engaged in deployment activities providing technical guidance to the project team and work with business and functions to map planning and budgeting, and reporting business requirements against OneStream applications leading practice design considerations.
- Manage customer relationships by providing support, answering questions, and resolving concerns and issues.
- Work with the project manager and project team by communicating essential information, obtaining team input, reviewing open issues and action items, contributing information to team meetings and reports, and using technology and tools as defined for each project.
- Continue to build expertise by participating in educational opportunities, self-study, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Deliver on projects in the areas of critical data, data management, data governance, dashboard monitoring, DQ dashboards, data controls, data lineage, and data mapping.
- Conduct interviews with client stakeholders to identify process and data challenges.
- Document and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop analytical proof-of-concept prototypes and/ or deliver large-scale analytical platform implementations to fulfill clients’ tactical and strategic requirements.
- Develop business procedures and data management policies for ensuring data accuracy and control.
- Create model documentation, developing implementation roadmaps, and perform knowledge transfers.
- Deliver on OneStream projects including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations and other special projects over a full project life cycle.
- Conduct operational assessments to analyze our client’s current enterprise processes, organization, and technology environment in order to determine the optimal operating model, driving value through the CFO organization.
- Work with different groups within the organization (accounting, FP&A, and operations).
- Become fully engaged in deployment activities by providing technical guidance to project teams and developing material and conducting training for clients, technical, and non-technical audiences.
