Bryan Rhody

Bryan Rhody 

Partner & Practice Leader

Bryan Rhody is a Partner in Highspring’s Enterprise Applications practice, where he helps organizations align technology with business strategy to accelerate performance and growth. He brings extensive experience leading ERP, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives across industries, guiding clients through complex modernization programs that improve efficiency and scalability.  

Before joining Highspring, Bryan led the Technology Solutions group at BPM, overseeing hundreds of system implementations and building high-performing teams focused on long-term value creation.

Sean Bonadeo

Partner

Sean Bonadeo leads Highspring’s Strategy, Technology and Transformation practice, with a focus around driving efficiency and effectiveness across the entire enterprise, considering all the dimensions of the operating model (process, people, technology, controls, data and delivery model). This includes internally driven periodic transformation activity, those driven by transactional events (mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, IPO and SPAC readiness), as well as everything from standing up and optimizing finance functions for mid-tier companies to redesigning and implementing national and global target operating model and business process optimization projects for Fortune 50 companies. 

Hudson Shelby

Hudson Shelby works in the space between strategy formulation and the implementation of strategic initiatives into business operations that drive growth, efficiency, effectiveness, continual improvement, and compliance. He has extensive experience driving transformational change through enterprise system implementations, business process improvement initiatives, and finance transformation programs, as well as merger and acquisition transactions. Hudson prides himself on teaming with his clients to develop practical solutions to complex challenges and serving as a hands-on, execution focused business partner. 

Prior to joining Highspring, he completed his MBA at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in civil engineering from Clemson University. 

Fred Hargrove

Fred Hargrove leads Highspring’s NetSuite practice, specializing in enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise information management (EIM), and corporate performance management (CPM). With over 25 years of experience spanning Big Four accounting, industry, and consulting, he helps clients improve financial and operational performance by optimizing processes, controls, technology, and data. 

Before joining Highspring, Fred spent ten years combined with PwC Consulting and IBM, where he served as a lead analyst on application implementations, financial system migrations, and finance transformation initiatives. His deep expertise in technology-driven finance solutions enables organizations to streamline operations and drive strategic growth.  

Kendell Bryant

Kendell Bryant

Managing Director

Kendell Bryant is a Managing Director at Highspring, where he leads the firm’s NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) practice, guiding complex finance transformation initiatives for middle-market and enterprise clients. He partners with financial services, asset management, and private equity-backed organizations to modernize finance operations, improve financial reporting, and enable scalable business processes through technology. Kendell specializes in NetSuite implementations, planning and budgeting solutions, revenue recognition, process transformation, and operating model design, working closely with CFOs, controllers, and finance leaders to translate business requirements into practical, sustainable solutions. He is a published author on NetSuite data governance and a regular voice on the practical application of artificial intelligence (AI) in finance transformation.

Throughout his more than 15-year career, Kendell has served as a trusted advisor and engagement executive, leading client pursuits, solution architecture, project delivery, and executive steering committees. His experience spans ERP strategy, Order to Cash (O2C) transformation, financial close modernization, planning and forecasting, revenue accounting, and post-acquisition finance integration, developed over more than a decade at Highspring (formerly MorganFranklin Consulting) and, earlier, at CSRA (formerly Computer Sciences Corporation, CSC), where he supported finance and technology initiatives for federal agency clients. He is NetSuite certified and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Policy Studies from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.

Kevin Surovcik

Kevin Surovcik is a Partner in Highspring’s Strategy, Technology, and Transformation Practice where he partners with clients to leverage technology as a strategic driver of growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in business transformation, he combines deep technical expertise with proven leadership capabilities across both client engagement and internal operations. 

Before joining Highspring, Surovcik served as Managing Director at Grant Thornton, where he built and led the firm’s National NetSuite Practice within the Technology Transformation Consulting division. Throughout his career, he has delivered transformational results for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 enterprises to high-growth emerging companies across diverse industries, including financial services, software, life sciences, and manufacturing. 

Surovcik’s approach centers on understanding each client’s unique business challenges and designing technology solutions that create measurable impact. His track record of successful implementations and strategic partnerships has established him as a trusted advisor to executives seeking to modernize their operations and accelerate business performance.

Stephanie works with clients to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of their lead-to-cash process, leveraging their investments in CRM and ERP to automate processes and increase transparency and adoption. She works with Sales and Finance leaders to solve complex challenges that support their business and reporting needs. Stephanie’s professional background spans both management consulting and industry, with a decade of Sales Operations and Finance experience. She is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech.
