SAP Supply Chain Implementation Manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years hands-on implementation, integration, or support experience in SAP.
  • Supply Chain experience (i.e., SCM, MM, WM, FI modules).
  • Experience working with or demonstrated knowledge of financial services, aerospace & defense and/or manufacturing clients.
  • Experience with multiple SAP modules or submodules, preference FICO, SD, MM/SCM.
  • Experience with SAP on-premise deployment and cloud infrastructure including RISE.
  • Experience in moving clients from ECC to S4HANA. Including developing the relevant Business Process Design and Technical Specifications
  • Deep knowledge of SAP projects and delivery methodology (Activate/Agile methodology).
  • Up to date knowledge of the latest SAP product developments.
  • Deep technical knowledge of SAP Digital core platform components and integrations (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Ariba, and SuccessFactors).
  • Experience with SAP HANA migration technologies.
  • At least 3 full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
  • Knowledge of Module/Application specific SAP functionality as well as integration points with other modules.
  • Deep understanding of SAP’s functionality and integration to meet business requirements.
  • Experience executing SAP Fiscal Year End Close activities within Finance and Assets module.
  • Experience with Pre-Sales.
  • Experience with Agile/Activate implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with Focused Build
  • Outstanding communication and documentation skills.
  • Team player and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability and eagerness to constantly learn and teach others.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems or a related field.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA
  • SAP Certified Consultant
  • Implemented SAP for US based public companies (experience with compliance /regulations such as Sarbanes Oxley Compliance)

Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team is comprised of functional and technical experts in the areas of NetSuite, OneStream, SAP, and MS Dynamics. We tackle the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments. Whether implementing a cloud solution or enhancing and extending an existing cloud environment, we help organizations get the most out of technology investments, including New System and Module Implementations, System Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization.

Our team is comprised of a powerful mix of seasoned professionals with public accounting experience and business consultants with a deep expertise in a broad range of industries and focus areas. Your Impact

  • As a member of our SAP team, you’ll leverage strong SAP integration experience into S/4 Hana transformations including upgrades as well as greenfield implementations.
  • Drive best practices, understand clients’ requirements, lead configuration, troubleshooting, testing and deployment of SAP.
  • Collaborate on assignment of tasks with other client and consultant resources in the team, understand progress and dependencies, and provide updates to be delivered to internal stakeholders and project managers.
  • Work with the project manager and project team by communicating essential information, obtaining team input, reviewing open issues and action items, contributing information to team meetings and reports, and using technology and tools as defined for each project.
  • Contribute to best practices design, customization standards, change control, unit testing, test scripts, and bug and issue tracking with an Agile approach.
  • Ability to lead Fit/Gap best practice adoption sessions.
  • Document and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leverage experience with data mapping, conversion load file, data validation procedures,
  • Write functional specifications for interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations.
  • Document and performing analysis of client environments including technology strategy, current technology architecture, organizational structure, and business processes.
  • Support the SAP team in deal shaping by designing mockups for demonstrations, presales activities, explaining best practice flowcharts, and providing estimates for delivery.
  • Prepare clients to use the ERP solution by executing testing plans and working with functional consultants.
  • Manage customer relationships by providing support, answering questions, and resolving concerns and issues.
  • Create model documentation, develop implementation roadmaps, and perform knowledge transfers.
  • Continue to build personal expertise by participating in educational opportunities, self-study, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
