  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using professional networks, referrals, social media, job boards, industry groups and direct outreach.
  • Source passive prospects, manage inbound applicants and make timely disposition decisions based on agreed-upon job requirements.
  • Conduct structured screening interviews to assess relevant experience, capabilities, motivations, compensation expectations and alignment with the opportunity.
  • Present qualified, interested candidates for roles across Highspring’s business lines and shared services functions, based on the needs of the engagement.
  • Coordinate interviews, maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams, and support offer development, negotiation and acceptance.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, documenting activity and candidate status accurately in Highspring’s recruiting systems.
  • Deliver a responsive, professional candidate experience that reflects Highspring’s culture and provides clear, timely information throughout the recruiting process.
  • Provide accurate pipeline reporting, identify risks or bottlenecks and support recruiting projects, events and process improvements as needed.
