Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in systems architecture and design, particularly in leading cryptographic initiatives for secure payment infrastructure. Bob has accumulated 15 patents, with 13 related to chip design for machine learning systems, establishing himself as a trusted innovator in the field.  

Bob holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and recently earned his Master of Science in Physics from NC State University. When not architecting solutions for customers, Bob enjoys the great outdoors with his family, from camping in the mountains of western North Carolina to biking the greenways around Raleigh. 

Kurt Dowswell is a seasoned Software Architect and technology leader with over 13 years of experience delivering secure, scalable enterprise solutions. As Principal Delivery Lead for AI Accelerated Engineering at HighSpring, he drives AI-powered engineering practices that enhance productivity and solution quality. 

A published author of Programming with GitHub Copilot (Wiley, 2024), Kurt is recognized for his expertise in AI-assisted development, responsible AI practices, and security considerations. His deep technical knowledge spans cloud platforms, modern development frameworks, and AI tools, enabling clients to navigate digital transformation with cutting-edge solutions. Kurt holds a BS in Computer Science from James Madison University. 

Larry is the Principal Architect at Highspring’s Digital Services and Labs divisions, leading the Cloud & Data services practice. With over 30 years of expertise in building data pipelines, applying AI-driven insights, and designing modern IT architectures, he has consistently delivered transformative solutions that align technology with strategic business objectives. His collaborative approach includes forging strong partnerships with executive teams across multiple industries, including Finance, Healthcare, and Quick Service Restaurants, to drive measurable outcomes that empower organizations to thrive. 

Throughout his career, Larry has specialized in orchestrating robust solutions that integrate advanced data pipelines, AI-enabled workflows, and best-in-class operational frameworks. He also leverages platforms like ServiceNow to streamline incident and request management, implementing custom configurations and reporting that offer clear, actionable insights. By focusing on strategic partnerships, talent architecture, and execution excellence, Larry consistently drives innovation and helps organizations achieve sustainable growth. 

Greg is a seasoned Cloud Architect and Microsoft MVP, helping organizations navigate the complexities of cloud adoption, innovation, and digital transformation. With a deep passion for cutting-edge technology, he specializes in architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions, particularly within the Azure ecosystem. 

Greg’s journey in IT began in the military, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and technical execution. Over the years, he has held diverse roles across the industry, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on cloud engineering, automation, and AI-driven optimization. 

Beyond architecture, Greg is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and a Certified Solutions Architecture Expert, dedicated to mentoring the next generation of cloud professionals.
