Paul MacIntosh leads Highspring’s Accounting Advisory practice, specializing in financial services and technologyenabled finance transformation. He helps clients modernize reporting, strengthen controls, and enhance decision-making through data, AI, and process optimization.
Before joining Highspring, Paul served as a partner at EY, advising global financial institutions on audit, regulatory readiness, and complex transformation efforts. His background blends technical accounting expertise with deep industry experience, enabling financial organizations to operate with greater accuracy, resilience, and strategic clarity.
Bryan Rhody is a Partner in Highspring’s Enterprise Applications practice, where he helps organizations align technology with business strategy to accelerate performance and growth. He brings extensive experience leading ERP, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives across industries, guiding clients through complex modernization programs that improve efficiency and scalability.
Before joining Highspring, Bryan led the Technology Solutions group at BPM, overseeing hundreds of system implementations and building high-performing teams focused on long-term value creation.
Eddie Graves is Managing Director of Technology Services for Highspring’s Retail Planning and Supply Chain Management practice, working with clients across retail, apparel, outdoor lifestyle, consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, and e-commerce. He supports clients by maintaining and updating their end-to-end planning capabilities from a technical standpoint. Focused on delivering top-tier technical solutions, Eddie leads a team of skilled experts who consistently provide clients with high-quality, efficient outcomes.
Eddie is a seasoned supply chain specialist with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying supply chain management solutions. With more than three decades of professional IT experience—including two decades overseeing and leading teams—he’s spent 25 years implementing Blue Yonder supply chain solutions as a Technical Executive, Manager, and Implementer.
When he’s not supporting his clients, Eddie enjoys biking, golfing, woodworking, and spending time with his family.
Bob Patel is a Managing Partner in Highspring’s Retail Planning and Supply Chain Practice, with more than 26 years of experience in the retail planning and supply chain industry serving retail, food and beverage, CPG, and industrial clients. He’s held senior leadership roles at Wipro Technologies, Logility, and Blue Yonder. With deep domain expertise, Bob has gained extensive industry knowledge across retail grocery, soft-line and fashion, office products, hard goods, wholesale, food service, quick-serve restaurants, consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, high technology, and automotive aftermarket parts.
Bob’s clients view him as an integral member of their transformation teams and a trusted supply chain management and technology advisor. He brings a unique perspective on end-to-end operations for retail planning and supply chains focused on maximizing the customer experience. Many of his clients have earned transformational awards across FMCG, retail grocery, retail food service, and life sciences industries.
Outside of serving clients, Bob enjoys reading, following world news and events and their impact on supply chains. He also enjoys gardening, charting and reviewing technical stock analysis, and spending time with his parents and extended family, including his nieces and nephews, every Friday.
Codye Satterwhite is a Partner in Highspring’s Retail Planning and Supply Chain Management practice. He has over 20 years of experience leading production, warehouse, and distribution center operations, network design and optimization, S&OP design and execution, supply chain planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and optimization, and project management. Prior to joining Highspring, Codye served as Director of Warehousing and Distribution and Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and VMI Group Manager for CSM Bakery Solutions. efore that, he served as Global Training Manager for Blue Yonder specializing in knowledgebase development, project team and end-user training, and network design and optimization consulting.
Codye has also held leadership roles at Target Corporation and Schreiber Foods in supply chain management, distribution, and manufacturing operations. He is a thought and practice leader in supply chain management and has presented at several industry conferences. He was recognized by Supply and Demand Chain Executive magazine as a “Pro to Know” for his contributions to supply chain network design and optimization. Outside of serving clients, Codye enjoys music production and sound engineering in addition to working on his YouTube channel.
Jeff Henry, Highspring’s President of Consulting, is responsible for driving accelerated growth, ensuring client satisfaction, developing talent, and maintaining the firm’s competitive edge in the market. He has been at the company since 2013, supporting clients in areas such as transaction services, banking, fintech, finance transformation, and technology advisory. He has an MBA from Georgetown and a B.S. in finance from Clemson.
Jawad Hussain is the Senior Managing Partner and Strategy & Growth Leader for Highspring’s consulting business, overseeing go-to-market execution, strategic planning, and growth initiatives across industries. He also serves as Highspring’s Private Equity Market Leader, specializing in the full M&A lifecycle and partnering with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies to accelerate value creation. His expertise spans finance, technology, and operations, driving transformation across executive functions.
Before joining Highspring (formerly MorganFranklin Consulting), Jawad worked at CrossCountry Consulting, where he led M&A integration strategies to help clients scale their operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from George Mason University.
Tom Roland serves as Highspring’s consulting practices leader, driving strategy and team development to execute Highspring’s solutions for its clients. Highspring prides itself on delivering successful transformation engagements driven by events such as mergers, divestitures, emerging technology, process re-engineering, regulatory changes, and rapid growth or expansion—serving both the largest global companies and hyper-growth organizations creating cutting-edge technologies.
In his role, Tom works closely with clients, client delivery teams, and Highspring leaders to understand the opportunities and challenges driving client needs. He refines solution delivery approaches and methodologies, incorporating advancements in emerging technologies and AI while seamlessly integrating Highspring’s deep expertise. Tom played a key role in developing Highspring’s proprietary delivery toolkits, built from thousands of successful client engagements, to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and differentiation in the Highspring impact.
With over 20 years of client service delivery experience at Highspring and its predecessor companies, Tom is known for his hands-on, action-oriented approach solving new problems with battle-tested solutions. He began his career in public accounting before leading projects at a multinational telecom network company, addressing material weaknesses, transfer pricing, and operational performance challenges. Tom holds a degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
Amy serves as a Client Experience Leader and Senior Managing Partner at Highspring. She provides practical solutions to complex problems, considering key connections across strategy and operations, finance and accounting, technology, and risk. She collaborates across teams, with a responsiveness and “roll up your sleeves” approach that reflects a true business partner.
Amy has extensive experience delivering transaction readiness, audit readiness, financial reporting solutions, and risk advisory services including internal audit and SOX readiness to some of the world’s largest companies. Prior to joining Highspring, she spent 20 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers and served as an audit partner.
Amy earned a BSBA from the University of Richmond and is a certified public accountant licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
