With over 20 years of experience, she excels in large-system implementations and acquisition integrations. Outside of work, Dena enjoys traveling and finding inspiration through new adventures.
Steve Kass, Chief Operating Officer of Highspring, drives organizational effectiveness through strategic leadership and innovation. With expertise in technology transformation and service model innovation, he helps businesses scale while championing diversity and inclusion. Margaret Lilani is the Chief Revenue Officer at Highspring. In this role, Margaret leads Highspring global delivery operations, with an emphasis on talent acquisition, business process outsourcing and client delivery across offshore and nearshore markets. Her focus is to ensure scalability, consistency and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of clients ranging from local businesses to Fortune 100 companies.

Jeff Henry, Highspring’s President of Consulting, is responsible for driving accelerated growth, ensuring client satisfaction, developing talent, and maintaining the firm’s competitive edge in the market. He has been at the company since 2013, supporting clients in areas such as transaction services, banking, fintech, finance transformation, and technology advisory. He has an MBA from Georgetown and a B.S. in finance from Clemson.
Michael Splittorf, President of Managed Services, brings nearly 15 years of professional services experience spanning IT, digital solutions, and finance. He drives operational excellence, scales teams, and expands global capabilities to meet evolving client needs. Michael holds an MBA from Vanderbilt and a BBA from the University of Miami.
Kevin Witt, Vaco’s President, Talent Solutions, leverages nearly two decades of leadership experience to drive strategic staffing expansion and foster collaboration across Highspring. Before joining Vaco in 2004, he was a senior manager at EY. Kevin, an outdoor enthusiast, lives in Nashville with his wife and three children.
