He has been at the company since 2013, supporting clients in areas such as transaction services, banking, fintech, finance transformation, and technology advisory. He has an MBA from Georgetown and a B.S. in finance from Clemson.
Michael Splittorf, President of Managed Services, brings nearly 15 years of professional services experience spanning IT, digital solutions, and finance. He drives operational excellence, scales teams, and expands global capabilities to meet evolving client needs. Michael holds an MBA from Vanderbilt and a BBA from the University of Miami.
Kevin Witt, Vaco’s President, Talent Solutions, leverages nearly two decades of leadership experience to drive strategic staffing expansion and foster collaboration across Highspring. Before joining Vaco in 2004, he was a senior manager at EY. Kevin, an outdoor enthusiast, lives in Nashville with his wife and three children.
