Challenge

A healthcare service provider needed a mobile companion application for customers to access private breastfeeding pods. It also wanted to improve community engagement features for users across multiple operating systems: iOS, Android, Bluetooth LE

Solution

Balancing a hungry baby – in a public space – with your hands full is tough. Moms need an app that works quickly and works well. Our custom app build provided one handed pod entry, custom comfort controls, low energy Bluetooth, and vacancy alerts.

Results

Daily active users grew 600%. Winner of 2019 January Awards – Best Designed Mobile App. In addition, our app enabled a community of support for moms. Breastfeeding tip videos, digital notes of support, and opportunities to share locations within the app connected Mamava’s community in unexpected ways.
