Beau Hammond

Partner

Beau leads Highspring’s efforts to support the missions of our global Aerospace, Defense and Government Services (ADGS) sector clients including aerospace; commercial aircraft; business and general aviation; space and ship building; and defense industries. He also supports Highspring’s leading divestitures and carve-outs service lines. Beau is also a key leader of our transaction advisory team performing divestiture, acquisition integration and IPO operational readiness.  His expertise includes leading clients through efforts to spin-off and operationalize assets, integrate and optimize new acquisitions, deploy target operating models and the supporting infrastructure, implement, realize automation opportunities, and deploy ERP and EPM applications that increase data & analytics capabilities. 

He holds a bachelors from Albion College and an MBA from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. Beau is active in his community serving non-profits and coaching youth soccer. 

Asela Wijesiri

Partner

Asela leads Highspring’s Government Contracting Advisory Services practice and has over 20 years of experience assisting government contractors across a variety of industries including technology, aerospace, service providers, and manufacturing on regulatory compliance matters. He has extensive experience with performing DFARS business system compliance reviews, government contract readiness assessments, business process re-engineering, post integration business process harmonization, assisting with investigations, performing due diligence, and supporting technology transformations. He has also assisted clients in developing varying levels of indirect rate structures, led negotiations with cognizant agencies and provided litigation support, helped clients sustain indirect rates, and supported with preparing and reviewing incurred cost submissions. 

Prior to joining Highspring, Asela acquired a deep expertise in government contracting and consulting through his leadership in industry roles and Deloitte. Asela earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from Slippery Rock University. 

Scott O’Day

Director

Scott O’Day is responsible for driving growth within Highspring’s Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services (ADGS) practice. He brings broad experience across a variety of domains (air, land, sea), phases of the product lifecycle (new product introduction, production, aftermarket), and functional areas (engineering, procurement, production, quality, supplier development, finance, accounting). In addition to delivering advisory services, he also has experience developing and implementing large business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions (both offshore and onshore) for major aerospace organizations.  

Outside of work, he enjoys fishing in Maine and spending time with his wife and three children.
